The Oakland Downtown Development Corporation is a public benefit nonprofit corporation formed to bring Downtown Oakland to life.

Focus areas include strategic placemaking, economic development initiatives, and downtown advocacy.

The DDC is led by a coalition of business, property owners, and philanthropic leaders and brings together private investment and civic leadership, working in close coordination with the City.
